Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel we will refund everything you have paid to us. We will not refund the cost of travel or other arrangements you have made yourself with other suppliers.

If you have to cancel but we can find someone to take your place you will be refunded everything you have paid to us. If we are unable to refill your spot there will be no refund.

We will not be responsible for any cancellation or change fees related to your travel plans.

Insurance

We recommend that you arrange Travel Insurance to include Covid for yourself and anyone travelling with you.
